It was in Geology lab Wednesday, and we'd gone on a field trip to the botanical gardens to do some stream work. One of my lab partners, Lisa, was reading the instructions on what our group had to do: "set up stakes on both sides of the river" followed by a loud "HUP!" Someone else in my group was like, "oh, you have the hiccups," and Lisa nodded, "yes, and it sucks. I always get HUP them after I eat lunch HUP!" Now I was interested, but not as excited as I would've been had she been male. Well she basically hiccupped the whole rest of the trip. Most of them were silent, but she give quite a few loud ones. We had to hold our notebooks in our hands the whole time we were there so we could write stuff down, and since hers was hers kept jerking up each time she hiccupped. Needless to say, it was a fun trip indeed. Oh, and Lisa is a sophomore like me, about 19 years old, brown hair/eyes, short and thin and looks about 16 or 17 in the face, a very pretty girl!!
